es: \u00bfEst\u00e1 bien elegir a un adulto mayor de 18 o menor de 18 para tener relaciones sexuales con una joven que todav\u00eda se considera menor de edad y menor de 18 y, por supuesto, lo contrario entre una ni\u00f1a y una menor de edad?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24464f62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"24464f62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Edad de consentimiento<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4345d60c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4345d60c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Uno de los t\u00e9rminos b\u00e1sicos para una respuesta es el t\u00e9rmino edad de consentimiento y el significado es que la edad de consentimiento es la edad en la que una persona se considera lo suficientemente madura legalmente para dar su consentimiento legal para tener relaciones sexuales con su c\u00f3nyuge.<\/p><p>As\u00ed, la legislatura orden\u00f3 en el art\u00edculo 353 del C\u00f3digo Penal: \u00abEn una acusaci\u00f3n por un delito contemplado en los art\u00edculos 346 (a) o 347 (a), ser\u00e1 una defensa para el acusado que la diferencia de edad entre \u00e9l y el menor no exceder los tres a\u00f1os si el menor realmente estuvo de acuerdo y si el acto se realiz\u00f3 Explotaci\u00f3n de la condici\u00f3n del acusado \u00ab<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-32c9d6dd elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"32c9d6dd\" data-element_type=\"section\" menor<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cd6862 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cd6862\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El art\u00edculo 345 del C\u00f3digo Penal se refiere al concepto de posesi\u00f3n menor y dispone, entre otras cosas, que:<\/p><p>(A) La mujer casada &#8211;<\/p><p>(3) cuando la mujer sea menor de catorce a\u00f1os, incluso con su consentimiento;<\/p><p>Marido definido: \u00abBoel\u00bb &#8211; que inserta un \u00f3rgano de los \u00f3rganos del cuerpo o un objeto en los genitales de una mujer;<\/p><p>Se estipula, adem\u00e1s: en el art\u00edculo 346, que se refiere al marido prohibido por consentimiento:<\/p><p>(A) (1) El menor es un menor que ha cumplido catorce a\u00f1os y a\u00fan no ha cumplido los diecis\u00e9is, y no est\u00e1 casada con \u00e9l, o el c\u00f3nyuge menor que ha cumplido los diecis\u00e9is a\u00f1os y a\u00fan no ha cumplido los dieciocho a\u00f1os, aprovech\u00e1ndose de la dependencia, la autoridad, la educaci\u00f3n o la supervisi\u00f3n., o mientras hace una falsa promesa de matrimonio, puede ser castigado con cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b589f8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5b589f8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La secci\u00f3n 347 relacionada con el acto de sodom\u00eda establece que:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-390a21c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"390a21c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>347 (a) (1) que comete un acto de sodom\u00eda en una persona que ha cumplido catorce a\u00f1os y a\u00fan no ha cumplido los diecis\u00e9is, o que comete un acto de sodom\u00eda en una persona que ha cumplido los diecis\u00e9is a\u00f1os y a\u00fan no ha cumplido los dieciocho a\u00f1os, aprovech\u00e1ndose de dependencia, autoridad, educaci\u00f3n o supervisi\u00f3n, Condenado a cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n;<\/p><p>Un menor de 0 a 14 a\u00f1os:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 el resultado es que en Israel existe una prohibici\u00f3n total de tener relaciones sexuales con un menor de 14 a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>Menor de 14 a 16 a\u00f1os: en el caso de un menor de 14 a 16 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 permitido tener relaciones sexuales consensuales si la diferencia de edad no supera los tres a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>Menor de 16 a 18 a\u00f1os: cuando se trata de una ni\u00f1a, una ni\u00f1a mayor de 16 a\u00f1os puede tener relaciones sexuales consensuadas incluso con un adulto y la diferencia de edad no tiene ning\u00fan significado y siempre que no haya otra relaci\u00f3n entre las partes.
